Examination Content - Module Examination Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure Law
Information on the procedure for the oral module exams:
- Exams last about 15–20 minutes.
- I ask 3–4 questions covering all areas of the material (AT I, BT, StP, and also AT II).
- I place great emphasis on the ability to think independently in legal (criminal law) terms and to interpret legal provisions.
- Knowledge of the underlying principles and interrelationships is more important than any specific details.
- I do not test on draft legislation; however, exam questions may also address fundamental legal policy issues.
- In the BT section, I only test on the StGB; I do not test on ancillary laws, nor on the SMG, the VerbotsG, or the WaffenG.
