Co-editor of the commentaries “Leukauf/Steininger, StGB” and “Leukauf/Steininger, Supplementary Criminal Laws.” Co-author of the textbooks “Birklbauer/Lehmkuhl/Tipold, Criminal Law: Special Part I” and “Venier/Tipold, Criminal Procedure Law.” His research focuses not only on the Austrian Criminal Code (StGB) and the Austrian Code of Criminal Procedure (StPO), but also on medical criminal law, immigration law, sports law, and criminal policy. Coordinator for the specialization track “Advanced Criminal Law.”
