WELCOME TO MY CLASS "ECONOMIC ANALYSIS OF THE LAW"

Dear students,

it is very unfortunate that we cannot commence this class with real „physical“ interaction. Although it is a „lecture“, I hold this class in a very interactive „seminar-like“ manner. According to the prevailing regulations though, we have to start electronically. I hope that we can revert to classroom-interaction soon (in December).

This class provides an introduction to the economic analysis of the law in a non-technical way. It is accessible for lawyers and economists alike.

I provide literature before and after the classes that deepen the understanding of the issues covered.

Let´s get started Wednesday, Nov 18, at 10 sharp for the first session.
